Haven't shown this here yet but it may be of interest to some. All shots are Work In Progress and subject to change before release and they have been attached below.

Also, a video of the approach to Bristol Temple Meads.

I must say that is a very accurate depiction of Bristol TM, aside from the tarmac platform surfaces on 4/3

The lighting in the video does give that impression, but they are not dark tarmac.

The wait shouldn't be a great deal longer. :D

Another WIP video featuring a passenger viewpoint from Taunton to Tiverton Parkway.

Once again mate, fantastic. You've superseded yourself!

two questions pal

1) Will there be any scope for freight scenarios?
2) How can use virtual drivers 'road learn' the route before it is released?

I'm guessing all the station buildings etc. will be provided "as one" and not in separate parts, making them totally useless for the route builders out there?

1, Lots of scope for freight. You can run out of Exeter Riverside yard, Fairwater Yard at Taunton, Barton Hill at Bristol or maybe take the flasks out of Bridgwater.

2, How do you mean? Time permitting, my plan was to include two "route learner" scenarios to enable you to drive a Class 47 with constant instruction so you could choose to do those before actually driving a timetabled service.

@thefab444

Some of the stations are all in one, places like Bristol Temple Meads and Exeter St Davids. Dont think for one minute that route builders have been shunned though, there are around 200 new assets included with the route.

How would it make them totally useless? If you making a fictional route, reskin some signs to put over the FGW ones and bosh :)

really good work. iam guessing this would be a long route. but i would love to see leeds to london on one of these simuylators. ive been playing on railworks 2 which ive been really imprssed with.
i originally lived in wakefield. and i remember the 99 arches we had in wakefield we wasnt really sure how many archs there where but there was alot. and it waws a big route for the intercity and many desil loco's
i hope to drive through wakefield station one day westgate. not kirkgate. :) and take a simulated train along the 99 arches in wakefield. to sandal and doncaster and as far as it can go. nice work here.
