Railworks 2 on Steam

Right ive bought it on steam as it was the only way i coulda afford it when they had massive sale before xmas 2010.
Now does this mean the only add ons i can buy are from steam or is there anyway of getting non steam add ons into the game?

You can use any addons on it, From IHH, Just Trains, Meshtools. Those/ most of them all have installers that will install directly into the railworks directory.

3rd party stuff you install using the Packager manager on the start up screen of railworks, and you go to thesame place to install Rail Simulator era addons as well, by using the Install Legacy addons button.

But for Isle of Wight & Class 66 & Voyager addons Just trains have got patches for them to make them fully compatible with railworks.

You can have any add ons. Even add ons from RW1 can be used by moving the files.
