Anyone seen it yet?

Due 2 November according to the last issue

Tried a couple of outlets that always stock it today and both still have the November issue

Hi there. Same problem for me with the new issue nowhere to be seen. My helpful newsagent called their distributor who said they had not received it. I emailed Morton Books (the owners) who said it had been produced.
All very odd!

Very strange. I'm in Central London on Saturday so I'll check a couple of the Smiths there if it hasn't shown up locally before then

Looks like something has gone wrong in the distribution chain

Thanks for letting us know the December issue does exist! I was at Crewe station yesterday and they did not have a copy.

For any other RI potential buyers who cannot find the December issue, Morton Books gave me a 01507 529529 number to order a copy on and said they do not charge postage.

Thanks Matt I popped in to my local Martins today that always has it and it's still not in. I'll try Smiths at Charing X Station and if they don't have it I'll phone Mortons

It's all very odd isn't it? No statement from Mortons anywhere that I can see. If they don't sell a single copy that isn't on subscription or where someone can be bothered to phone then surely it has huge implications.

I saw it on sale last Fri or Sat, although I can't remember if it was WHS in Harrogate or Manchester.

I phoned up Mortons yesterday and ordered a copy and mentioned that I could had not found the December issue in my local shops.

The December issue of Railways Illustrated is now in my local WH Smith branch in Staffordshire.
