Railway Wagon plate 27ft

I recently purchased this plate. But i am not sure what it comes off of. I have read that it could come off a brake van or lms tube wagon?

Might of found what its come off. Thanks to the isle of wight railway website. They have similar plates on there southern liveried 4 wheelers.
