Railway switchboard is no more

Does the loss of the railway 999 service affect TFL, LO and TFL trams emergency call button routing?

I'm not sure where the help points on TfL Rail, Overground or Trams go to, but the help points at LU stations are all answered locally by the Supervisor in their office or station Control Room at larger stations (except for stations on the Hammersmith Branch which all go to Ladbroke Grove).

If you click on Who's Who in The Shed, then Stations Contacts you will get a spreadsheet with Northern station numbers on.

I confess it's been a while since I bothered looking for them (been a while since I last looked on that site too).

I am an ex colleague who actually faced redundancy from the Switchboard here, and I must say you've all made me feel very emotional. I really loved my job and I didn't want to leave! I still remember a lot of our regulars who made our day, and I would also like to apologise when we got your requested stations wrong. ??????
I'll always have fond memories working there and listening to one of your colleagues say "Good Morning Switchboard in the background before I've said the salutation myself.
