Welwyn Garden City has its station entrance in a shopping centre. This makes me feel like home (Hong Kong) where a significant number of stations have entrances (for some stations, all entrances) in a shopping centre, for example, Ma On Shan.

Which stations in the UK, in all railway systems, have entrances in a shopping centre? Among them which have all entrances in a shopping centre?

St Pancras International to all intents and purposes has its entrance in a shopping centre..... OK in that case the station came first.

Birmingham New Street, Bicester Village, Braintree Freeport, Canary Wharf - where do you draw the line?

Liverpool Central and Southport both do too.

Liverpool Central even had a subway passage directly into the basement of the nearby Lewis's department store.

Birmingham New Street,
Don't know it well enough to comment
Bicester Village,
It has an entrance that faces the car park of the shopping centre, but also has a main entrance
Braintree Freeport,
The station is in the car park of the retail park, but not really what I think the questioner intended
Canary Wharf -
The Liz station is part of the same building as the shopping centre, but you could use either without thinking about the other.

I would have nominated Wrexham Central (and Welwyn GC) as the obvious ones. Maybe Hammersmith D/P and Fulham Broadway.

Does Edinburgh Waverley? Most times I try to get to the station proper I go through a poky little mall, although I have managed to find at least one other entrance, down a long ramp for vehicles.

....is next to the Village car park, but (pedantically) not the shopping centre. And it has a "normal" access too.

Metrocentre was, IIRC, opened with access only from the Centre, but that's no longer the case. Meadowhall was always accessible from "outside," not sure about Chafford Hundred/Lakeside.

I suppose Waverley does, if you use the term 'station' loosely. The shopping centre (another loose definition) has doors onto Waverley Steps which in turn lead you to the walkway above the concourse. Technically Network Rail may well own Waverley Steps too.
Other station entrances can be found from Market St and Calton Rd, plus those you already know from Waverley Steps and Waverley Bridge (x2 former vehicle ramps).

Kelvinhall Subway is rather tucked away behind the shops along the Dumbarton Road in Glasgow, While Argyle Street is similarly tucked away.

Aberdeen is connected to the Union Square shopping centre.
...and the bus station is the other end of it, so if you're changing from train to bus or v.v. you have to walk through the shopping centre.

There's an entrance that's only there because it's connected to the shopping centre. That seems to fulfil the criteria as loosely defined. Whether there's another entrance isn't one of the limitations given.

Fulham Broadway and Hammersmith (mentioned above) immediately spring to mind here.

From memory, there is a direct connection from Stratford into the Westfield Shopping Centre?

Canary Wharf DLR is within a shopping centre of sorts

Does Doncaster count? Entrance is off to the side and up an escalator.

Willesden Green station, as rebuilt in 1925 by the Metropolitan Railway, was regarded as a seminal design in its day. No fewer than seven shops had a frontage onto Walm Lane and all of the railway facilities were located behind them. The rail customer would also have passed one of two further retail kiosks before actually reaching anything useful, such as the large parcels office, left luggage office and finally the ticket office.

There was no shortage of bright ideas in the Cricklewood area even 97 years ago!

Tough one. Technically they're next to each other, but both entrances are outside, albeit under a covered area (next to the smoking area).

Aberdeen is connected to the Union Square shopping centre.
We were up there at the weekend and there was no way in without going through the shopping centre. The shopping centre also links to the bus station and with only one road crossing the terminal for the Orkney and Shetland Northink ferries.

Meadowhall was always accessible from "outside," not sure about Chafford Hundred/Lakeside.
When it first opened back in 1995, the link from Chafford Hundred to Lakeside was provided by a (free) shuttle bus.

The footbridge over the A126 opened in 2000, at which point the shuttle was withdrawn. Ensign's route X80 now provides an hourly service between the shopping centre and station at a cost of £1.20 Single or £2.00 Return.
