Do all TOC’s get paid on the same day and the same frequency, as in 4-weekly?

What about OA operators? Do they get 4-weekly pay, or monthly?

No. I think all TOCs are 4 weekly but they are not the same cycle.

I believe Eurostar are monthly.

As said above not all the TOCs use the same four week cycle. When I swapped TOCs the new one was four weekly still but with different pay dates/four weekly periods to the old one.

4 weekly yes, but not the same, for instance Southern is the week before Thameslink

Nope, I've worked for TOCs which were offset by 2 weeks (e.g. one was weeks 1-5-9, the other weeks 3-7-11). NR is also four weekly.

SWR is four weekly with next pay day this Friday, HEX is monthly on the last working day of each month.

4 weekly also means you get 13 pay periods per year.

I like being on 4-Weekly but you need to plan your bills as paydays (this Friday). doesn't match with monthly mortgage etc.

4 weekly is great, because as you get 13 pay dates, there comes a time where your monthly rent/mortgage comes outside of a pay date, so you get a whole 4 weeks where you dont pay

I have an account specifically for bills for that very reason.

Standing order transfers the bill money into it each pay packet for the next calendar month, and one pay packet a year effectively as a bonus with no transfers.

And if you tend to interchange it with monthly (for ease) and then need to transfer it to the more standard monthly, it’s a nice 8% more! (Psychologically of course).
