How much would would tunnels and bridges need to be raised by (or the track beds lowered by) and platforms altered to allow trains like:

to be run in the UK. They're the same track gauge afaik and they don't look too much wider. Probably the main difference would be the height. The overhead there is 1,500V DC so I don't know if that would have any bearing on it (safe gap from the top of the train to the catenary).
If the lines were altered, what sorts of freight flows would that allow to go via rail that can't currently go by rail because of the current loading gauge?
