In which English counties (lieutenancy areas, for this purpose) is every station reachable by train without changing from the same station?

(Alternative phrasing: "Every station in the county can be reached from — without changing." Which counties could it be?)

Cumberland had a Lord Lieutenant until it became part of Cumbria.

Middlesbrough may not be in County Durham, but Newcastle isn't in Northumberland and I tried to word the question with that in mind.
