By my reckoning there are seven stations whose CRS codes are three consecutive letters. What are they?

Altnabreac, Fishguard Harbour, Kilmaurs, Sturry, ex-Northumberland, ex- and future railway and present Metro station Northumberland Park (NOP) for five of them?

They’re right - and obviously getting 5/7 means you’ve won - but there are a couple more

Put the following into order of how many regular passenger trains pass through on a normal weekday.

  • Abergavenny – Hereford

  • Chepstow – Lydney
  • Chester – Shotton
  • Chester – Wrexham General

  • Hawarden Bridge – Neston
  • Severn Tunnel
  • Shrewsbury – Welshpool
  • Shrewsbury – Wrexham General same as Chirk – Gobowen
