Is correct. The locomotive B-BDH no. 3 John Southland II was built by TMA Engineering in 1988 for the Shuzenji Romney Railway, Niji no Sato (Rainbow Park), Izu, Shizuoka and was based on RH&DR no. 12 then named John Southland but renamed J. B. Snell in 2014. This railway incidentally also has two 2-6-2 steam locomotives built by the R&ER and based on Northern Rock these being no. 1 Northern Rock II and no. 4 Cumbria as well as being the home of former Fairbourne Railway 4-6-2 Ernest W. Twining.Japan
