I'm referring to benches.

This is a somewhat convoluted attempt to answer but based on the terms "benches" and "long sit" that have been mentioned so far and noting the need to have a railway connection I will say Douglas (Isle of Man)

Douglas station is the main terminus of the Isle of Man Railway and Tynwald, the longest-sitting parliamentary body is also based in Douglas and there are benches in the debating chamber there.

/0s were originally GMPTE units. They have a extra little square vent on the end panel that /1s don't have.

142/1 were the second order (051-096) the only real external difference was the number of strengthening rib in the roof.
142/1's only had 3 as opposed to the 142/0 which had 10 or 11.
