The Liverpool Overhead Railway is credited as the first railway using automatic signalling with colour lights.
Obviously this line was mostly elevated, but it did run in tunnel at the southern end.
So is it the L.O.R in the Dingle tunnel?
Was it the 9F 2-10-0 No. 92203, bought by David Shepherd in 1967?
I think he bought it before it even reached the scrapyard.
