Sadly that is not the correct answer - although, it does have some connection with the 'shop' (i.e. buffet) facilities...

Yes, spot on! When FGW had plans to scrap buffets altogether, the two toilets were converted to provide trolley stores for the inteded first class and standard class catering trolleys which would work the whole train. It never came to fruition, but the stores were fully kitted out with trolley brackets and water boilers, which have never been used!

There is a station in the West Yorkshire area that has a trackless platform three. Which station is it at, and where at the station can you find it?

There used to be a platform 3 at Halifax, which originally was used by down trains to Bradford and Leeds.
The platform buildings are still there [I think some are rented to the "Eureka" Children's complex nearby], but the track was removed when the line was slewed to serve the remaining island platform.

Not what I had in mind. The one I has a sign depicting the name.

The station in question has never had 3 platforms for trains to call at, as far as I am aware
