railway a shambles

wcml closed north of warrington ufn due to a collapsed culvert under the railway in the vicinity of Dallam - divers being called in. Trains diverted to manc for local services. buses from warrington bq to central and also to wigan - however having trouble getting buses due to shortage as all in use at lambrigg

line now reported closed at lincoln due to freight train derailment
