Has anyone been on the Coast & Peaks Rover this year? Any problems? and are Rover tickets accepted by automatic ticket gates or do you have to show someone the ticket?

Can't help you with all your question, but one thing I do know is that it's best to actually show your ticket to the staff on the barriers. In the past I've had day rangers be accepted by the machines; other times it won't let me past.

And also, if you leave a station via barrier, but intend to go back on the platform again, whatever you do don't put your ticket in the machine - you won't get it back most probably!

And then you'll be stuck.
