The tours can be put into Railmiles the same way as any other schedule that is in the system - eg shown on RTT. Where it becomes difficult is if there are a lot of reversals, especially if one locomotive takes power rather than the other one as it then looks like a lot of separate journeys rather than one.
Looking through different examples of Railmiles sites, some people record the two locomotives and one end to end journey, other people put in each and every reversal. It depends on each person's preferences.
Hi,, so because a tour is listed on RTT I can just put in (for example) the 0745 Ealing Broadway to Nottingham (for the Powerful Pieman) and it will take load into RailMiles?
Wasn’t expecting that! I can see it needs careful management when locos are added or removed,, or as you say when top and tailed.
