Gaelan in comment #108 suggests a pricing differential
But the post by @island you quoted says that actually isn’t the case. Both the digital and hard copy are £70, and I am seeing the same thing on the railcard site.

I'm amazed they can get away with this 2 tier pricing which discriminates against non-smart phone users.
There is no discrimination against non-smart phone users, even if the prices suggested by Gaelan were accurate.
