Not for RailAdventure, 43468 & 43484 hauled 'Flying Scotsman' from Shildon to North Road and then to York NRM in September 2025 as part of the 'Titans of Steam Gala'

The route is rather interesting, via Snow Hill, Worcester, Oxford, Reading, and Guildford.

Makes for an unlikely spectacle at Guildford, where the power cars are currently running round (as 0Z44)

Once upon a time I was told that ETCS fitment would take 1, maybe 2 weeks for fitment onto a dual cabbed locomotive :D
