Most RTVs have this on the front:
Your best bet is to get all the pieces in the right order, take photographs and ask the company who issued them if they'd consider replacing them. There's a small chance but no guarantees.
So you can't tape/glue them back together and expect them to be accepted. The barcode wouldn't read for a start.

Get the remains of them together and post them back to the issuing train company. If you send the actual vouchers to them they will at least know that you are not going to use both sets. Send a letter explaining your mistake and hopefully they'll repond in a positive way. Which train company was it?
