Me and a couple of mates are considering flying to Barcelona in July, spending a few days there then heading down to PortAventura for a couple of days there then on to Benicassim for the music festival and finally on to Alicante for the flight home.

Just wondering if anyone knows the logistics of possible train journeys Barcelona >>> Port Av >>> Benicassim >>> Alicante?

Roughly two-hourly service to Portaventura from Barcelona Sants by regional train.

DB planner suggests going back from Portaventura to Tarragona and catching a fast train to Benicassim again roughly two-hourly, though I suspect cheaper regional trains are possible changing at Tortosa.

Direct fast trains to Alicante from Benicassim, once again approximately two- hourly.

So it is easily possible. I'll let others advise on fares and bookings.
