I was meant to be travelling to the Netherlands next week using a rail/sail ticket but now wont be. The only reason for refunds appears to be if services are cancelled but they are still presently running. As it was for a one of business trip being able to rebook for a later date which they are offering is of no benefit. Anyone know if it is possible to get a refund?

Surely if it was purchased as a national rail ticket at a ticket office it would be refundable under the usual conditions. Not sure if bought direct from Stena, with travel restrictions I would request a refund.

I had a "non cancellable" ticket and cabin on the night Ferry from the Hook of Holland in May. Its for a meeting that has been postponed to 2021, but I don't know the precise date.

On the front page of https://www.stenaline.nl/en-GB-nl/england it says
We are waiving any amendment fees for those customers who wish to rebook their trip. This applies to all of our routes and applies to bookings made till 31st May 2020. You can easily amend your booking online by login into My Stena Line at the top right of the site and follow the instructions.
I couldn't change my booking from there. However, I sent an email to info.nl@stenaline.com They replied to ask if I had activated the NS train ticket in the Netherlands. I had not. They have now cancelled my ticket and they are refunding my credit card.
