(Mods feel free to move thread if need be, as I'm not sure the most relevant)

Is there a place I can download the Rail Links part of the NFM? I know there used to be a link to the "Technical Manuals" but I can't seen to locate it.

I'm also interested in if anyone knows of any historical through ticketing destinations (what is now Rail & Sail) including the shipping destination, UK port and the relevant Railhead.

I know there are NLCs for several ports e.g. Liverpool Langton Dock, Hull King George V Dock etc which I assume may be freight ports etc

Any info would be helpful. :)

The last paper version of the NFMs was NFM98, back in January 2008. Since then, it's only been available online (along with the Retail Manuals), initially hosted by The Stationery Office and now by National Rail Enquiries.

My apologies. I should have been clearer in my initial response. Access to the majority of the new online resource (KnowledgeBase) is restricted by IP address.

Selected parts, such as the Leisure Attractions section, are linked from the public NRE site, but the "Bus Links" section isn't one of them.

That's OK. I had a feeling that was the case!

Any historic info regarding through ticketing info ports/destinations would be most welcome :):D

Probably not a great deal of help but old copies of the fare manuals are available for public viewing at the NRM Library, York and the National Archives, Kew. A copy of the May 2008 shipping links is attached.
