Can anyone help or advise please?

I have been trying to renew my Two together card for the past 3 hours and getting nowhere. Everytime I try to access the Trainline renew tab on their web page I am taken back to the same tab. I have tried to create to buy a whole new on via the app but one of my photos just won't upload no matter how I edit it. I am at a loss as to what to do next?
I can't find a help number to ring via a google search, every page suggested results in in an error message.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

You could try ordering a plastic railcard instead via railcard.co.uk provided it isn't a 26-30? They also offer a different app but there are known issues with it so I don't personally recommend it.

Never had a single issue with the Railcard app.
Got 4 Railcards on it at the moment

@Linda Peacock. Welcome to the forum. You could perhaps order what you're after as a new railcard, rather than as a renewal.

You could use the Southeastern app/website to buy a new Railcard

Try the official Railcard app or a TOC that issues them, rather than encouraging third-parties.
