I wander if anyone could briefly explain the likely tasks in an assessment for the above role?

I'm just after some more general advice for anyone who has been through the system.

Past that, I assume the interview questions will be related to the role in one way or another- an appreciation for personal skills/working in a team/working on ones own/dealing with pressurised situations/reason for applying, etc.

Input from any rail professionals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
