I use the RAIL magazine phone app and I have issues 985 and 987, but no 986. Is there a known app issue, or just something wrong with my account (or did they just not release one for some reason)?

Not that it’s any help, but that issue turned up on PressReader as usual (and it’s free through my library card)!

Okay I've checked and it does appear in the archive, but not in the latest issues further down where I normally look. So the problem was a mixture of the app not working fully and me not looking hard enough.
