Quick off peak question

I'm travelling Paddington to Oxford tonight, on a Off-Peak Return with restriction FO.

This forbids travel before 19:00 - but the 18.57 is late, expected at 19.12. Can I use this train? Or is it still 'peak' because it was timetabled before 19.00. The language on the NRE site seems to suggest it would be ok.

All advice welcome.

Sorry, too late for tonight, but yes, this is one which doesn't say "timed to depart."

Hope the gateline agreed :)
