Really quick query on making some Delay Repay claims via Cross Country. I don't think there will be an issue with getting the compensation, I'd just prefer to get it right first time so that hopefully it gets processed quickly.

In both cases I had a through ticket bought from Cross Country, but with one or two train changes. The delay occurred on one/two of the later legs of the journey, so I'm just wondering whether I submit the claim based on the start point of the entire journey, or if I submit the claim for the legs that were impacted by the delay (in which case the ticket price won't tally with that portion of the journey, making me think I shouldn't do it that way). Details as follows:

Journey 1: Pannal - Coleshill Parkway
Change at Leeds and Birmingham New Street
Delay on Leeds - Birmingham and Birmingham - Coleshill legs
I ended up not using the train between Pannal and Leeds because there were some delays that day and it looked like the train could have been cancelled (turns out it wasn't) resulting in a possible missed connection. But I don't think that impacts anything in terms of the claim to Cross Country.

Journey 2: Coleshill Parkway - Bristol Temple Meads
Change at Birmingham New Street
Delay on Birmingham - Bristol leg

Thanks!
