I have a few questions regarding the above role. I have been offerd this role based in West London.
1) What are shift timings and lenghts like? I have read the handbook provided with the contract, but would like a few pointers form anyone who maybe already in the role.
2) How long is probation? I am aware that you are signed of after 15 'events'. How long will that be in weeks? A lot may depend on the train schedule I guess?
3) What is the team structure like? Are there multiole Ops Supervisors on a site at any one time, or just the one?
