Hi, I'm new to the forum and don't have much (if any) knowledge about the the rail network. I'm just looking for a little information and also to see if someone could answer a question that I have if possible. Thanks so much in advance to anyone that can help!
I was looking to find out if anyone can confirm if the light in the video in this link (
) taken by myself between (17/04/2020. 23:13 - 18/04/2020. 01:01) in Saltcoats, North Ayrshire. Scotland facing East was what I think it may be, A Network Rail Measurement Train.
(It ran from (I think) Ardrossan or Largs and ran to Kilwinning then down to Ayr by the looks of things then back up during this time. 23:13 - 01:01)
And also (if possible) if anyone could point me in the direction to where I could find out where this train me be scheduled to be so I could try and get a better time-lapse of it in action and have the train visible in the video. I understand if this is not information that can be sought, but if it is and someone could help that would be fantastic.
Thanks again in advance for any help or information anyone can offer.
Kind Regards
Sylvan
