I presume you are intending to use this SIM card when you go abroad, as the UK rates are extortionate. The best bet is usually to get a SIM card for the country you are in, although there are good roaming deals for certain countries, especially for travelling within Europe.

As you are asking about whether it is better than EE I presume you want it to use in the UK?

If so I'd say EE every time. Gigsky is extremely expensive in the UK (and infact abroad as well you'd be better off buying a local sim card)

Gigsky is for roaming, EE for UK domestic use. Or if you don't like EE, get a SIM from another provider (the electronic SIM can be removed). Personally though I find of the UK networks EE is the only one with good enough coverage for near enough national on-train usage.
