Hi, in a few weeks I'm travelling on a Southern between Gatwick and Hove at 11,52, how many carriages is this train usually and how busy does it get

Slightly on-topic, the 2335 Cannon Street to Maidstone East is shown as 16 carriages on Mondays and Tuesdays, on the SET online & pdf timetables. Surely a mistake — or is it?

This will be a mistake. Most Maidstone East services run as 8 coaches.
