I've got most of the information I need about this ticket from the DB web site but there's just one thing I'd like to know; is it valid on the Wuppertal Schwebebahn?

This info I've found explains that you can use a NRW fare/pass on all trains (except IC and ICE), buses and local transport (which includes buses, metros, trams and the Wuppertal Monorail). So, you should be fine!

However, if you want to be sure you could ask at the Info desk in Wuppertal Hbf, a simple Ich habe ein NRW SchönerTagTicket. Ist es Gültig im Schwebebahn? would be fine!

Many thanks, sorry, I mean, Vielen dank!
I'll check when I get there but it won't be the end of the world if it isn't; it's not exactly expensive!

I'm 99% sure it will be, but knowing the harsh penalties ticket inspectors give, it'll be worth checking.

I am sure you'll enjoy the monorail, the Northern section directly above the road really does need to be experienced!

Not necessary. I can confirm that the SchönerTagTicket is definitely valid on the Schwebebahn (as long as the ticket is valid at all - the STT is an off-peak ticket, not valid before 9am Mon-Fri).

While the Schwebebahn might look like a tourist attraction it is a genuine public transport facility. So normal tickets from the local Verkehrsverbund VRR are accepted. And both the SchönerTagTicket NRW and the SchönesWochenendeTicket are valid as VRR tickets.
