question about northern trainee driver process

Hi I am looking for some info on the driver process, I received an email asking me to take a online concentration test? Before I open this test and start I was wanting to know if it is similar to the group bourden test?

Also from what I can gather is this something that they send out to every body who applied for the role or has my application gone through a light sifting process already? Because it seems that even if I was to pass the online test with flying colours it doesn't matter because my application might not be good enough to go any further anyway?

So basically what I am saying is it to early to start getting excited thinking I have passed the first hurdle by getting a reply from northern, cheers people any info would be great,
also is there any other practice material other than the online bourden test more similar to the one northern have you take thanks

The concentration test you refer to is not the group bourdon. I do believe a company called csl or something like that conduct it and it is basically a configuration of numbers and or letters and you have to find the one that matches. Dead easy, however pass that and you will still need to pass the paper sift.

All Northern's applicants are automatically put through to this test, before their app form is even looked at. If they pass the test (should be easy enough for most people), only then is their app form sent to the sifters.
