Qualified Driver recruitmant for norwich depot

Hi,
I applied for a qualified driver post at Norwich. The applications closed mid January. It has now been a month and I have not heard anything. Anyone else in the same position? Does it normally take this long to be contacted? TIA

If it's GA, then they were looking for qualified drivers and then putting them into a holding pool. Thats what the drivers said who i mix with (They're not Norwich drivers). They said if they needed drivers on the quick, they could use the drivers from the holding pool instead of training newbies up.

Im not sure if Norwich is still an old hand depot or not, but if retirements are not far away then that could be another reason. Most East and Anglia depots are quite young and have spare links with new qualified drivers in waiting to step up to the main link, not sure if Norwich is the same.

I saw that GA put a load of jobs out on the East and the Anglia side, thats why I ask them. They advertised driver positions at their depots but they are full, so that might be the answer why they have not got back to you.
