Published Ticket acceptance info?

Are there any apps/websites where passengers can check whether or not ticket acceptance is in place between 2 operators? It'd be nice to check that info before arriving at the station, allowing me time to purchase an alternative ticket if necessary.

Perhaps should've been clearer in original post. Was more wondering if there was something like a passenger version of Tyrell, similar to how we can use RTT to check detailed running info.

Ticket acceptance happens during disruption is a very fluid situation and needs updating regularly. Twitter is the easiest way to do this quickly and is used most often
