Hi all,

I'm hoping to get some advice on the psychometrics stage of recruitment if possible. Apologies if this has been asked before.

So approx 6 months ago, I took my psychometrics stage with my local TOC and sadly failed before I could reach the MMI. I'm hoping to clarify, if it's the case that I should re-take the psychometrics stage and pass the segments to it and reach MMI - if I then fail the interview does that count as me losing my second life or can I re-take the interview stage again?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you fail the MMI it counts towards the two lives but if you fail the DMI it doesn't. TOCs will usually find out from OPC what you've already passed and if it meets their requirements then you will only resit what you failed on or haven't sat but in some cases the TOC may make you sit all of the tests again.

Good luck with your psychometrics. The MMI was the one I was worried about but it wasn't as bad as I thought, basically more competency questions with some "what if's" thrown in.
