Morning all , just wondering if anybody can shed any light on this for me. I completed and passed the assessment day At SWR in March 2018. I was under the impression that it is widely recognised and valid for 2 years,
I have been invited to a GWR 2nd round Assessment ( same as I’ve already done at SWR) but have been advised I need to attend the day anyway. I’m happy to do this, but confused on the details/ facts.
Any advice would be great
Thanks

You seem to be in exactly the same situation as me - I did my tests with SWR last Feb however I didn't do the MMI as they do the DMI first and that hasn't happened yet.

The email I received from GWR says that I need to do the MMI and the SJE (if I hadn't already done it - which I have) and that's it. However they still sent me all the information about the other tests, which I don't need to do.

I'm guessing you didn't do your MMI with SWR?

You may find you need to attend the assessment day, but will be told once you arrive you don’t need to do certain tests. It seems strange, but it’s the OPC who run these assessments for GWR and that’s the way they are.

GWR will honour your previous passes for up to 5-years.
