Psychometric tests- without TOC invitation?

Is it possible to pay for your own psychometric train driver tests without being invited to do so during the interview process with a TOC?

If so, can anybody give me a rough price and contact details of any test stations/company’s they know of that offer this service?

Is the test valid then for all TOCs?

DB Schenker used to, don’t think they do at the moment... best is just to keep applying for trainee roles and do them that way, for free.
