Yeah man it be good, i take you done some training there before ?

is it all classroom work ?

just want to get it all out the way and start training


Yh i once worked as a ticket office clerk @wimbledon for 2yrs before i left for lloyds bank....but i so missed working in the railways and i thought i'd come back....Dont know for the ro2 job, but ticket office was all class based 2weeks in basingstoke and another 2weeks in woking....but dont think they use the woking office anymore....so all in basingstoke now...i reckon ro2 will deffo be different....cos there will be courses like train dispatch which is of no use doing in class....

Ah okay then, sounds good, i do think the railway is the best place and best job to be in ,


exciting looking forward too it :) , just soo long , started the process in september lol

It requires patience mate....but worth the wait in the long run.....railway jobs are jobs for life and u hardly get fired unless there id been proper gross misconduct....good pension and also considering the benefits....its proper class mate....:)

From my experience I would suggest that you join a union too.....
They are there to help if you ever get into difficulties..and thats from experience

Yup....Rmt or tssa.....they have their uses when the time arises....
