@Prxncess J. Welcome to the forum. Could you possibly provide some background information as to just what the problem issue is, and what assistance you require? The following thread refers...

Do you need any help or advice.

If you can tell us what would be of help I’m sure people can make some suggestions.

From this and the thread title, it may that Prxncess J wanted to contact the Govia Prosecutions team. Perhaps someone on here could provide an appropriate email address or website link?

@Prxncess J , this is a separate discussion forum, not part of Govia. If you explain what has happened, the experts who watch this forum may be able to help, and might be able to suggest improvements if you post a first draft on here of what you want to say to the Govia Prosecutions Team.

Strikes me that it may involve tickets purchased with a railcard discount when no railcard was owned at the time of travel.

But now a Railcard has been purchased and the op is anxious to resolve things, accepting that they may have to pay some sort of penalty to do this.

Good suggestion - Details below about how to contact them

@Prxncess J - if this involves Govia Thameslink Railway known as GTR (trains branded as 'Thameslink' or 'Southern' or 'Great Northern' or 'Gatwick Express')

Their address is:

Prosecutions Department,
Govia Thameslink Railway,
Eastside Offices,
Kings Cross Railway Station,
London
N1C 4AX.

Please be aware:

- You can only really contact them by hard copy post in writing (they do not accept questions about ticket enforcement or errors by e-mail or phone)

- You can not go to this address in person to see anyone (it is not open to the public)

- If you write to them you should send your letter 'Tracked Postage' sent from any post office, so that you can be sure it gets delivered to them.

If you need to write to them, and would like help with what you want to say, please let us know and people here will do our best to help you with any letter.
