Problems with NX Coach Booking site?

Hi All,

I have been trying to book some NX Coach tickets through their website and it is returning a 'unexpected error' message. So off we went down to our local travel agent who deal with NX and found that they can't offer the 'funfare' tickets which we want.
I don't want to call NX on their 0871 number because of the charges incurred and 'SAYNOTO0870' didn't help in this respect either as none of the alternative numbers were applicable.

Is anyone else getting this problem?

I have at times had various difficulties using the NX site but only when using Firefox. I have recently started using the "IE tab add on" thingy to browse the NX site and so far all is well with it. Do you use Firefox?

Incidentally just checked using Firefox and the site is behaving itself at the moment, at least up to entering the payment details.
