East Coast Website help on 08457 225 111 are usually pretty helpful

If not, call your credit card company.

Contact East Coast on: 08457 225 111 (you could also try this instead 0191 259 8024 it should be the same place but at national rate rather than expensive 0845).

0845 is local rate.

It's no longer called that as it no longer acurately describes the cost to most people. Only if you are on BT's standard rate (which very few are) will your cost be cheaper or the same on the 0845 number than on an 01X 02X or 03X number. If you're on a mobile the cost will typically be 20-40p a minute for an 0845 number.

Quite a few land line voice providers do now have 0845 calls included in the free calls packages though, meaning there's no difference in price!
