Problems with D stock

Seems lately that there are problems with the D stock trains. For example a number have been taken out of service due to problems i have heard with the bogies/shoe's

Last thursday there were hardly any trains running to Olympia and even today there is a reduced service on the district line.

I was surprised that even though it is a Sunday and part of the line has no service, there are still not enough trains to run a full service!

If other cars need to come in where would they come from? C stock? Where is C stock cleared to, as I presume it isn't cleared for the whole of the District line.

It's a problem with the brackets, that hold the shoe beam.
On Friday there were nearly 30 trains cancelled. The weekend was a deadline imposed by LUL so on Saturday there were very few trains available. Today there were still cancellations but only about 5 or 6 per depot, which was the same as before the bracket problem, owing to staff shortage.

C Stock has been used on other branches but is limited as not all Train Operators can drive C Stock.

It can be very annoying when you position yourself on the platform expecting a D stock to roll in and then a C stock rolls in, meaning you have to walk down the platform and cram in the back carriage!

That will be eliminated on the south side of the Circle when the S7s arrive !
