Problems with 321 livery pack

Hi all, can anyone help me, I have just downloaded the class 321 from Armstrong Powerhouse and I have downloaded the units ok, but am struggling with the livery pack.

I think I have put them in the right folders but when I come to drive them the livery is all white with "download the livery from AP.co.uk etc" message over the train, I am sure I have put the files in the right place , in the class 321 under AP in the assets files, or am I missing something out??

Oh and should I want to delete all of the 321 files and install from scratch again, how would I do it as it was not installed using the utilities files so I cant just uninstall them.

I would strongly recommend using the installer executable, as that will ensure everything goes to the right place, and all the right files are set up properly, and most of the housekeeping tasks such as clearing blueprints are done. If you use the installer, you won't need to remove anything. May I ask why you didn't use the installer in the first place?

Indeed, why would you even be putting 'the files in the right place' when the files are provided to you in an installer?

There shouldn't even be a method to be able to access these files.

I did use the installer,, thats the .exe file isnt it?, just when i came to play it the trains were there as planned but with no liverys, and i cleared the chache too, so was just wondering where the files SHOULD go, that way i can look and see if there are any specific files missing, or if it has been put in the wrong directory

I asked about deleteing the files because it might just be easier to get rid of all the 321 files and start again, also i dont know if this would affect it but i downloaded the kings X - Peterborough route when that was released and the FCC 321 came with it, would that be confusing the computer maybe??

Ok have tried looking at various soloutions with no luck, so how do i delete everything and start again??, how do i find out what files came with it, so that i can delete all trace of the 321 and then start again from scratch, cos i have made a mistake somewhere when i installed it.

If you just run the installer again, it *should* do a clean install, then just follow the steps AP tells you on his website/manual.

As I said, you need to remember to download everything else off the AP site too. Such as the Livery Pack I linked.

I had to turn off my antivirus to install it iirc, might be something to do with that?
