Currently on the 7:30 ex KGX to EDB and the guard has announced major disruption north of Newcastle due to power problems. Are the Overhead lines down? Or what's gone wrong?

East Coast website just says;
Electrical supply problems are causing disruption in the Cramlington area.

There are delays of up to 90 minutes between Newcastle and Berwick-upon-Tweed. These delays will continue until further notice.
Travel advice:
Northern Rail - buses are replacing trains between Newcastle and Morpeth.

East Coast - Passengers are advised to travel on their booked services. Passengers with tickets for cancelled services are advised to travel on the service immediately before or after their booked service. Passengers may use Virgin Trains services between London and Scotland.

CrossCountry - Passengers may use East Coast services between Edinburgh and York

Found out there's signal failure. We all got kicked off at Newcastle and now on the train that was behind I didn't think 2 trains into 1 worked but we've seem to have coped.
