Problems installing OpenBVE

Hello,
as you can see from the title of the thread i am having problems installing openbve. ive downloaded it and every time i tell it to run it comes up with the error "OpenBVE has encountered a problem and needs to close" ive even tried sending the error report and nothing has changed.
help with this would be great

Have you installed openGL and Tao Framework and moved everything to the correct folder like its says on the website..?
