Some sort of incident near to Dunbar, but I can't find further details as of yet.

Not a good few days for many mainline routes so far this week it seems!

The down Northern Lights, booked to arrive in Aberdeen at 17:09, is shown as running at least 45 minutes late.

I understand that only southbound services were affected and all of these are now running.

Delays building up. I was late into PBO from KGX, the excuse being that we (in HST) were behind an electric service that was running at reduced speed because of high wind. Err, that's tomorrow!

I may be wrong with this but it could have been a fatality up that way
I got the 1711 from Leeds which was heading towards Plymouth. It was about 20 mins late after meeting problems I believe between Edinburgh and Berwick- upon-Tweed which the TM said was due to a fatality. The auto announcer at Leeds also put it down to a fatality

In other news the TM also described it as 'stopping the job' - something I've heard on here but not publicly from a TM or such before
