Wondering whether anyone else has experienced this when using the TPE WebTis site.
I had a refund code for £10.15 from last November, valid for a year. Decided to use it at the weekend, bought two tickets totalling £16.50, used the voucher code and put the balance on my credit card.
Attempted to collect the tickets yesterday from a mainline station ToD machine, to be met with “Error. To collect your tickets please use the same payment card that was used for payment”. The ticket counter staff also tried for me, checking the details and reading the collection ref. off my confirmation email, but it wouldn’t work for her either. Luckily the tickets are for July so I have time to sort it out.
I raised a case ref. with TPE Customer Assist last night, and had a rather patronising reply saying I need to use the card ending **** to collect the tickets. Replied that that’s what I had been using to no avail. No further communication received.
However… being in Aberdeen today I thought I’d just try again. To my surprise I obtained one of the two tickets, with a collection receipt for £8.25, i.e. half the total order. Further attempts yielded the same message about using the card I purchased with.
As a proportion of the purchase wasn’t on a card but on a voucher code I am now stumped. Any ideas other than buy a new ticket?

Panic over, a helpful ticket clerk in Dundee station somehow managed to retrieve the missing ticket. She wasn’t sure how she’d done it, but problem resolved.
I will be wary of TPE voucher codes in future though.
