Problems between Birmingham New Street and Tamworth 3/1/22

There appears to be a issue between Water Orton and Kingsbury currently. All XC seem to be running via Coleshill and Whitacre Jct to Tamworth....

Same again today? I've noticed that most services have been crawling through Kingsbury during daylight hours.

Different problem. There's an issue with the points into Kingsbury yard, a long standing 10 TSR across the points and into the yard is now a 5mph ESR on the down main with inspections after every train. There have been southbound Voyager diversions via Lichfield on the past couple of days, Northbound unaffected. 170's booked route. Not sure what the situation is today.

The points problem at Kingsbury which Lammergeier refers to delayed 1S49 09:25 Penzance to Newcastle by over 2 hours yesterday.

It's been a bit sporadic today. It appears to be running smoother this afternoon/evening. Fewer northbound services waiting at the nearby signal.
